Taiwan ICDF Scholarships for the 2026 Academic Year
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is pleased to announce the Taiwan ICDF Scholarship for the 2026 Academic Year. Suitable qualified nationals of Saint Kitts and Nevis are welcomed to apply for the 2026 Taiwan ICDF International Higher Education Scholarship Programme, which provides full scholarship support for approved degree programmes at partner universities in Taiwan.
Students can pursue Bachelors, Masters, and Doctoral degree programmes. Eligibility Requirements: Applicants must submit the following documents for consideration:
· A completed ICDF Scholarship application form
· A photocopy of a valid passport
· A certified copy of the highest diploma earned and academic transcripts (certified by the Ministry of Education)
· Two (2) letters of reference

Applicants should note the following important conditions:
· Each applicant may apply to only one (1) university
· Applicant must have a minimum GPA of 3.5
· Applications must be emailed directly to the selected university, in accordance with that institution’s specific deadline
· Applicants are advised to carefully review and adhere to all university-specific requirements and timelines
Submission Deadline: All completed applications, along with the required documents, must be submitted to Ms. Carol Boddie at the Ministry of Education no later than 13 February 2026 to facilitate onward processing.
